Occasions

  • Lunar New Year
  • Christmas
  • Valentine’s Day Optional occasion
  • Halloween Optional occasion

Warm Short No sales pitch

Mark the moments that matter to your customers.

The workflow

Three steps. Six jobs each post needs done.

Every feature below does one job inside the same workflow. Nothing is published until you have reviewed it.

  1. 1Tell us what matters

Start with an offer, product, service, event, or useful piece of advice.

  2. 2Create your content

Generate a caption and visual direction, then adjust them to fit your business.

  3. 3Review and schedule

Check the details, choose supported destinations, and decide when your post goes live.

AI Post Creator

Turn business details into posts worth reviewing.

Start with a brief: the offer, the service, the update, or the question customers keep asking. Social8 writes a caption from the details you give it and keeps those details intact.

  • A brief in your words. Prices, dates, and locations come from you, not the model.
  • One post pack covers it: one brief, one master caption, supported destination variants, and up to three AI revision rounds.
  • A version for each supported destination, so one caption is not forced to fit everywhere.

One successfully generated standard image. Another generation or AI image edit consumes another image allowance. Failed image generation without usable output does not consume an image allowance.

AI Image Studio

Give your next post a visual starting point.

Generate a visual from the post itself, revise the one that is close, and reuse it wherever the same post goes. Then decide whether a real photograph would serve customers better.

  • Generation. Options built from your caption and category, not a blank prompt box.
  • Revisions. Ask for a change to the option that is nearly right.
  • Asset reuse. Publishing the same post to four accounts reuses one image; it does not consume another image generation.
  • Real photographs first for products, premises, staff, food, and customer results.
When to use a real photo instead

Scheduler

Prepare the post now. Publish when it is time.

Choose the connected accounts a post should go to, set the time in your timezone, and watch each destination report what actually happened.

  • Destinations. Each connected account is one publishing destination. Two Facebook Pages count as two accounts.
  • Timezone. Times are shown and scheduled in the timezone you set, so 9:00 means 9:00 where your customers are.
  • Delivery states. Queued, submitted, published, or failed, per destination. A queued post is not yet a published post.

Upcoming offer. The weekend pastry offer ends Sunday 11am. Its post is waiting for review.

Content Calendar

See the week before the week gets busy.

One view of what is ready, what needs attention, and where the gaps are, so a quiet Thursday does not turn into a silent one.

  • Gaps. Empty days are visible before they arrive.
  • Variety. See which categories a week leans on, and which it is missing.
  • Upcoming offers. Offers with an end date are flagged before they expire.
  • Review status. What is waiting on you, what is scheduled, and what has published.

Offers and Promotions

Give your offers a clear message and a clear end date.

An offer is a set of facts: the price, who it is for, the terms, and when it ends. Social8 keeps each one as its own editable layer, and treats the end date as a rule, not a suggestion.

  • Price, eligibility, and terms are entered once and carried into the caption and the graphic.
  • Start and end dates set when the offer is eligible to publish.
  • Expiry control. When the end date passes, the offer stops being eligible for publication.

Product rule. Permission to schedule an approved post is not permission to invent a future discount.

Tone for greetings

Warm Short No sales pitch

Holiday Posts

Mark the moments that matter to your customers.

A greeting on the right day says the business is paying attention. One on the wrong day, in the wrong tone, says the opposite. You choose the occasions; Social8 prepares the greeting in time.

  • Relevant greetings. Occasions your customers actually observe, with your opening hours if they change.
  • Appropriate tone. A greeting is not a promotion, so it is written like one.
  • Optional occasions. Nothing is prepared for a day you have not switched on.

Coming as they ship

Four features we are building, described only once they work.

These are proposed capabilities, not live ones. Each will get its own page when it ships and has been tested.

  • Brand Profile

    Planned

Give every new post the right business context.

Will cover confirmed facts, tone, approved assets, and restricted claims.

  • Controlled Automation

    Planned

Automate the repeatable work. Keep control of the message.

Will cover recurring rules, limits, exceptions, and pause controls.

  • Team Approvals

    Planned

A clear place to review before anything goes live.

Will cover roles, change history, and approval.

  • Analytics

    Planned

See what published. Learn what deserves another try.

Will cover available metrics, their source, and reporting limitations.

Real photos or AI visuals?

Use the real thing where customers expect the real thing.

Both have a job. AI is good at supporting imagery. It is a poor substitute for a photograph of what you actually sell.

Use your own photographs for

  • Actual products
  • Your premises
  • Staff
  • Food and drink
  • Customer results

AI visuals work well for

  • Illustrations
  • Backgrounds
  • Greetings
  • Conceptual imagery

The rule for promotional graphics. Prices, dates, and logos are built as editable design layers rather than left to the image model to reproduce.

Controls and limitations

What stays in your hands. What we do not promise.

Automation should not mean surprises. These rules apply on every plan.

  • Review first, by default.

Review and schedule is the default workflow. You check the content before authorizing publication.

  • Pause future posts when plans change.

Pausing future posts does not remove already published content, and does not necessarily cancel a request that has already been submitted to a platform.

  • No invented offers.

Permission to schedule an approved post is not permission to invent a future discount.

  • No guarantees of followers or sales.

Social8 helps with content creation and publishing. It does not guarantee audience growth, engagement, bookings, or revenue.

  • Platform limits apply.

Each platform has its own account types, formats, and publishing rules. A working connection is not the same as unrestricted autopublishing.

See every platform and its limits

Make room for your business. Keep room for social.

Create your first posts, see your schedule, and decide what goes live.
