What cookies are #
Cookies are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser. Social8 keeps its use of cookies to what is strictly necessary to keep the site working and secure — we do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Cookies we use #

Cookies set by Cloudflare #
Social8 runs behind Cloudflare, which provides our content delivery network and security protection. Cloudflare may set its own cookies directly in your browser as part of that protection, independent of Social8's own code — for example __cf_bm (bot-management, short-lived) and cf_clearance (records that you passed a security check, typically up to a day). These are strictly necessary for Cloudflare to keep the site available and are governed by Cloudflare's own cookie policy.
Managing cookies #
Because every cookie above is strictly necessary for signing in, security, or keeping the site available, Social8 does not show a cookie-consent banner. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will likely sign you out and may prevent parts of the Service, such as publishing, from working correctly.
Changes to this policy #
If we add a new category of cookie (for example, analytics), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above first.
