On paid plans, annual billing is twelve months for the price of ten, about 16.7% less than monthly billing. The Free plan has nothing to bill. Usage allowances reset monthly, even on annual subscriptions.

How usage is counted.

Five units, each with one definition. The numbers on the plan cards mean exactly this, nothing looser.

Brand workspace
A separate business identity with its own facts, assets, and content.
Connected account
One publishing destination. Two Facebook Pages count as two accounts.
AI post pack
One brief, one master caption, supported destination variants, and up to three AI revision rounds.
Image generation
One successfully generated standard image. Another generation or AI image edit consumes another image allowance.
Channel delivery
One successful publication to one connected account.

Worked example

One post to four accounts

Creating one post and publishing it to four accounts uses one post pack and four channel deliveries. Reusing its image does not consume another image generation.

  • Email verification is required before expensive generation.
  • Nothing is charged automatically at trial expiry.
  • At expiry, future queued posts are paused unless you subscribe or continue on the Free plan, within its limits. Requests already submitted to a platform may still finish.

No. Allowances reset every month, on monthly and annual subscriptions alike. Annual billing changes what you pay, not when allowances reset.

A failed attempt does not count as a successful channel delivery. When a platform gives an uncertain result, Social8 reconciles the outcome before any retry, so the same post is not published twice.

No. Manual editing never uses AI credits. A post pack already includes up to three AI revision rounds; the edits you type yourself are not counted at all.

No, they count as two. A connected account is one publishing destination, so every Page, profile, or location you connect uses one of your connected account slots.

The trial is a 7-day preview sized like a paid plan, with up to 3 connected accounts. Free is a permanent, smaller plan with 1 connected account and no time limit. When the trial ends, future queued posts pause unless you subscribe or continue on Free within its limits. Nothing is charged automatically.
